There is no way to be refunded without your 0riginal receipt.

It may be returned by mail to the address below for a refund.

All Returns are accepted 10days from the shipped date. The merchandise must be unworn, with tickets intact, and must be accompanied by the original invoice. Please note that refunds are available by mail only.

For Refund of Online Purchases:

Refund is available for Online purchase only if returned by mail.

1. Locate "Return Form" included in your package. Complete by listing the return reason and return quantity. Retain your original order invoice for your records. Please indicate the items you are returning by placing a check mark on the Return box.

2. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible), you will be responsible for the shipping charge.

4. When returning by mail, allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your non-store credit card statement. All credits will be made only to the exact card used for the purchase; no exceptions.
